Sunil Prem

Colonel Sunil Prem is a retired Indian Army veteran, entrepreneur, innovator, trainer, speaker

and author. He was the recipient of President’s Gold Medal in his army commissioning course. He

served in the army for 23 years, before taking premature retirement. After retiring, he founded

three successful companies in diverse fields. One of these companies, Brisk Olive Business Solutions

Pvt. Ltd, has created a field force of veterans that is helping organizations grow across India, and

providing training and employment opportunities to military veterans and spouses.

He is an electrical engineer. He topped in the BTech course he was pursuing at College of Military

Engineering, JNU, and obtained a perfect score of 10 in MTech at IIT Kanpur. He also has MSc

degree in Defence Studies from Madras University.

He is married to Archana, a home baker, whom he credits with most of his successes in life. They

have a son, a daughter and a dog. Col Sunil loves reading, writing and travelling in his free time.
