Avishkar Srivastava

Avishkar Srivastava is a third-generation entrepreneur at The PDP Group®. He joined his family business in 2014 after graduating from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, with a double major in Marketing and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. 

Avishkar made history as the first Indian to win the FIATA Young Logistics Professional Award for the Asia-Pacific region and was invited to deliver a talk on the subject in Busan, South Korea. He is also a recipient of the Young Achievers’ Award from the Indian Achievers Forum. 

Alongside his role in the family logistics business, Avishkar has co-founded People Engine Solutions with his wife, with the vision of helping organizations build resilient, people-centric workplaces that support sustainable growth.
