DEVENDRA PRABHUDESAI is a cricket writer, anchor, media and communications professional, and the creator of India’s first cricket heritage walk. He began his innings in the cricket sector in 2000 at Professional Management Group, and was manager— media relations and corporate affairs at the BCCI from 2008 to 2015. He has written biographies of Sunil Gavaskar (SMG), Sachin Tendulkar (Hero) and Rahul Dravid (The Nice Guy Who Finished First). He is the curator of the Mumbai Cricket Association’s Sharad Pawar Cricket Museum in Mumbai and has been a consultant on the museum created by the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association in Indore. He hosts Baat Us Saal Ki, a weekly podcast dedicated to Hindi cinema, on Radio Nasha 91.9 FM Mumbai and 94.3 FM Kolkata.
