Agamjeet Dang

Agamjeet Dang is a seasoned industry leader with over two decades of experience and has been with Executive Access India for more than eleven years. As Chief Executive Officer, he has been the driving force behind the firm’s strategic vision, accelerating its growth and reinforcing its position as one of the fastest-growing search and board advisory firms.

He works closely with some of the country’s leading family-owned businesses, conglomerates, private equity firms, banks and financial institutions on a wide range of leadership and board matters, including executive search, succession planning, board advisory, executive coaching and the professionalization of family-owned businesses. Over the years, he has successfully led numerous high-impact engagements, delivering strategic insights that have shaped leadership across industries.

A commerce graduate from Delhi University, Agam earned his MBA from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai. Outside work, he is an avid reader, sports enthusiast, tennis player and fitness advocate.
