Jim Corbett’s tales of tiger hunts are legendary. He was born on 25 July 1875 in Nainital, India. He was an author, a naturalist and well known for hunting a large number of man-eating tigers and leopards in India. Later on in his life, he became a conservationist and played a key role in creating a national reserve for tigers in India.
