ABOUT THIS BOOK

‘Marry the right person… It will change your aspirations, all kinds of things.’—Warren Buffett
It’s not just Warren Buffett, but people like Melinda Gates and Sheryl Sandberg have also endorsed that marriage is the most important decision a person ever makes. However, unlike an entrance exam or a job interview, marriage—with all its promises and challenges—is a decision one is least prepared for. Hence, many couples find the going difficult to the point of parting ways.
One of the world’s leading proponents of holistic living through yoga, Hansaji J. Yogendra of The
Yoga Institute (the oldest organized yoga centre in the world) addresses various relationship issues faced by couples, both young and old. She provides invaluable insights on how to build trust and cultivate love, intimacy and friendship through yoga. She also shares techniques to deal with marital issues unique to India and demonstrates how the physiological and psychological effects of yoga can help a couple understand each other better and strengthen their relationship.
This book connects the dots between an ordinary marriage and a successful one.
