AUTHOR OF THE BOOK
Priyanka Pradhan has been a journalist since 2006, having reported on business news television channels in Mumbai (CNBC and Economic Times Now) and has written for newspapers and magazines such as The Economic Times and Bloomberg Businessweek.
She also covered travel and lifestyle for several international magazines such as The New York Times Style Magazine (UAE and Qatar editions), Conde Nast Traveller, (India and Middle East editions), Harper’s Bazaar (Middle East), Sorbet Magazine (Europe) and DestinAsian Magazine (Indonesia), among others.
She is the recipient of the ‘Ruskin Bond Promising Writer Award 2019’ at the Dehradun Literature Festival, held in October 2019. She was also runner-up for the Montegrappa Writing Prize 2020 at the Emirates Literature Festival in the UAE, for a short story called, ‘Postcard’, which is part of this book.
