Marco van Kalleveen is passionate about growing and transforming organizations. For over thirty years, he has been dedicating his professional career to mastering the science and art of transformations, as well as leading large business transformations on an international scale. 

In recent years Marco has led several multibillion-dollar transformations as a management board member and as a CEO. He helped transform TNT Express, the public global overnight package delivery company, where he was responsible for a $3 billion global division with over thirty thousand employees, covering Europe, Brazil, and Australia. He was COO of the largest European car-leasing company LeasePlan, where he had P&L responsibility for the $6 billion European business. Marco is currently CEO of DKV Mobility, the leading European B2B road payment and services platform with presence in forty-five countries.
