Mara Fielding is a British writer and counsellor specialising in grief, resilience, and identity. Educated in psychology and philosophy, she has written essays on loss and growth for cultural and wellness publications. Fielding has also led workshops on navigating change for community organisations and universities. Known for her reflective, compassionate writing, she brings both academic knowledge and lived experience into her work. Everything Stays, Everything Change is her debut book. She lives in Edinburgh.
