Anthony Jacks worked in sales, sales management and marketing before joining
a management institute and then moving into consultancy and training. He was
a director of a medium-sized consultancy before setting up his own operation.
He now has more than twenty-five years of experience as a successful trainer,
working in a wide variety of industries, in overseas markets as well as the United
Kingdom. He specialises in developing communications skills such as selling,
negotiation, business writing and making presentations. He has also written on
a variety of business matters and is the author of How to Be Better at Marketing
(Kogan Page).
