Zoe McKey is a Communication and Lifestyle Coach based in Los Angeles, California. She studied in international and social studies for her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Being an avid student of human behaviour, psychology, and healthy connections, she has spent more than 400 hours in therapy, journaled 1000+ pages, and read over 300 books on the topics of communication, self-discovery, and self-improvement. For 10 years she’s been helping people discover how to live the life they want.
