Vinod Rai

Vinod Rai is a distinguished civil servant and former Comptroller and Auditor General of India. He is presently an Honorary Senior Fellow with the Institute of South Asian Studies, National University of Singapore. With extensive experience in public finance, audit, and governance reform, he has been closely associated with strengthening the role of audit institutions in promoting transparency and accountability. As editor, he brings together practitioner insight and institutional perspective to present a balanced and constructive overview of public audit.
