Steven Covington is a futurist and narrative theorist who investigates how systems shape our choices—and how to reclaim agency from the grind. His work draws from mythology, behavioural science, and sociology to explore the illusion of free will in hyper-structured worlds. The Fate Factory is his provocative take on agency, ambition, and opting out of the script. He teaches media theory and lives off the grid in Oregon.
