Shivraj V. Patil
Shivraj Vishwanath Patil is currently the governor of Punjab and administrator of the Union Territory of Chandigarh. He has also been the speaker of the Eleventh Lok Sabha and former Union minister of home affairs. He was the defence minister in Indira Gandhi’s and Rajiv Gandhi’s cabinets during the 1980s.
