Rajesh Kumar Thakur

Dr Rajesh Kumar Thakur is a distinguished mathematics educator, prolific author and curriculum analyst whose work bridges the gap between ancient wisdom and modern pedagogy. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at DIET Daryaganj under SCERT Delhi. With an exceptional academic foundation, he holds a master’s degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Education, and Sociology, along with a PhD in Education. 

A leading voice in mathematics education, Dr Thakur has authored over 70 books, 62 e-books, more than 700 articles for magazines and newspapers and over 800 blogs, reflecting both depth and range in his scholarship. He has also contributed extensively to teacher training and academic development through his associations with organizations such as CBSE, NCERT, VVM, IISF, RIT Chennai, VMFI, AIMRC, RSTF and DAMT. 

He serves as the secretary of the All India Ramanujan Maths Club and has also played a key role as Chairman of its Award Selection Committee. His contributions have been widely recognized with honours including the National Best Teacher Award, Arvind Pandey Yuva Lekhan Award, Math Genius Award, and the Global Teacher Award. Notably, he holds a record in the India Book of Records for writing over 110 books on Mathematics.
