Priyanka Pradhan

Priyanka Pradhan is an award-winning Indian author and journalist based in Dubai, UAE, with over 20 years of experience as a television reporter, features editor, and travel writer. Her career spans leading media houses, including CNBC Network18, ET Now, and The New York Times Style Magazine. Her work has also appeared in Condé Nast Traveller, Harper’s Bazaar Middle East, Gulf News, and Khaleej Times. 

In 2020, Priyanka made her literary debut with Tales from the Himalayas, a children’s short story collection published by Rupa Publications. The book won the ‘Ruskin Bond Promising Writer Award’ at the Dehradun Literature Festival and the ‘Montegrappa Prize for Short Stories 2021’ at the Emirates Literature Festival. Endorsed by Ruskin Bond and Freida Pinto, the book became a bestseller in its category and continues to be celebrated in schools and literary circles for its storytelling and cultural depth.
