Lucie North

Lucie North is a psychotherapist and lecturer specialising in trauma, self-deception, and emotional awareness. She trained at University College London and has worked in clinical practice for over twenty years. Alongside her therapy work, North has published widely in professional journals and contributed to public conversations on the psychology of secrecy and repression. The Secret Within is her first book for a general audience, distilling years of practice into an accessible guide. She lives in Brighton with her family.
