Juno Clarke is a therapist and coach who has worked for over fifteen years in the field of self esteem and boundary-setting. Trained in counselling psychology in Manchester, she has guided clients through recovering confidence and agency. Clarke has published essays on relationships and identity in psychology outlets and lifestyle media. Known for her warm yet firm style, she teaches workshops on boundary-setting across the UK. The Year You Forgot to People-Please is her first book, inspired by her clinical work. She lives in Manchester.
