Arun Kumar Jagatramka

Arun Kumar Jagatramka is a chartered accountant with an All India First Rank and Gold Medal. He is the chairman of Gujarat NRE Group, one of the largest independent producers of metallurgical coke, and a wealth creator of India. He has been a member of the India–Australia CEO Forum and the India–Japan Business Leaders Forum nominated by the prime minister of India. He has also served as the honorary NSW Sydney ambassador to India, appointed by the government of New South Wales, Australia. He is an active and a prominent member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), etc. and a coveted speaker at national and international platforms like Horasis, Coaltrans, Carbon Forum, Met Coke World on a wide range of subjects like economy, industry, steel, coking coal, met coke, ethics, integrity and corruption in India. He is the founder of Gujarat NRE–AMA Centre for National Integrity at the Ahmedabad Management Association. He is also the former chairman of the ASSOCHAM National Council on Ease of Doing Business.
