AUTHOR OF THE BOOK

Shawn M. Talbott, PhD, holds an MS in exercise science from the University
of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a PhD in nutritional biochemistry from Rutgers.
He is also a graduate of the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at Massachusetts
Institute of Technology. He has worked with elite athletes as part of the United
States Olympic Training Centers’ Performance Enhancement Team and runs an
active lifestyle research program near Salt Lake City. He lives in Draper, UT.
