Prof Bal Raj Madhok’s association with Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookerji began in 1940. He has worked in close association with Dr. Mookerji for the formation of Bharatiya Jana Sangh, which reached the highest watermark of popularity under his leadership in 1967.
