AUTHOR OF THE BOOK

T. Muralidharan is a first-generation serial entrepreneur responsible for five start-ups. He is the founder of the TMI Group, a top HR services firm with pan India operations in talent acquisition and talent development. Its current turnover is in excess of Rs 700 million.

A graduate of IIT Chennai and IIM Ahmedabad, Muralidharan started his first company with an initial investment of Rs 50,000 in 1987. In the past twenty-five years, he has helped over a hundred thousand professionals get jobs. He is a national executive committee member of FICCI and a national board member of the MSME ministry. He is also the founder of India’s first employment van which connects youth to local jobs through mobile technology. His mission is to connect a million youth every year to sustainable jobs and his current passion is to bring disruptive the ‘Waste to Energy Technology’ to India. He is an independent journalist and writer on issues related to career, education, employment and governance in leading newspapers and magazines, including The Hindu, Telangana Today and Sakshi.
